Special Events at JRA

Meet and Greet
Friday, August 21st at JRA. Students and parents have the opportunity to visit with each other and with staff members prior to the first day of school. Times are as follows:
9:00 AM    Nursery
10:00 AM    Pre-School
11:00 AM    Pre-K
12:00 Noon    TK and Kindergarten
1:00 PM    Elementary (1st, 2nd, & 3rd)
2:00 PM    Intermediate (4th & 5th)
3:00 PM    Middle School (6th, 7th, & 8th)

Back to School Nights
These are held so that parents can follow their children’s schedules and find out more about the classes they take every day. Teachers give parents information about each class and parents have the opportunity to ask questions. Times and days are as follows:
Tuesday, September 8th – 1st, 2nd, 3rd, & 4th grade - 6 PM to 7:30 PM
Wednesday, September 9th – TK/Kindergarten - 6 PM to 7 PM
Thursday, September 10th – 5th, 6th, 7th, & 8th grade - 6 PM to 7:30 PM
Tuesday, September 15th – Pre-K - 6 PM to 7 PM
Wednesday, September 16th – Pre-School – 6 PM to 7 PM
Thursday, September 17th – Nursery – 6 PM to 7 PM

Muffins For Moms, Donuts For Dads, and Goodies For Grandparents
On these special mornings, we have the opportunity to honor our valued family members for their dedication to our JRA family. These events are held from 6:30 AM to 8:30 AM and students attend with their family members to eat breakfast and socialize in the beautiful Reading Garden and outdoor classroom. Specific days are as follows:

Friday, September 11th – Goodies for Grandparents
Wednesday, September 30th – Donuts for Dads
Wednesday, October 14th – Muffins for Moms
