JRA: Enrichments: Kristie Bryan

Dear Friends and JRA family,

Greetings! My name is Kristie Bryan and I'm the computer teacher at JRA.  This will be my 11^th year and I'm excited to start another year!

I've got a BS in Bible/Missions from Faith Baptist Bible College in Ankeny, IA. I also spent three years studying at the University of Northern Iowa and then transferring my grades to the University of South Florida where I got my degree in elementary education.

As a child I lived in a number of different places because my dad was in the Army - I'm proud to be an Army brat! We lived in Virginia, Georgia, New Jersey, Okinawa and Germany. As an adult I've lived in Iowa, New Jersey and now here in Florida where I've resided for 17 years. I also spent 3 months working on a kibbutz in Israel (1976). 

I like kayaking, gardening, photography and any activity having to do with nature.  I have 4 cats and 2 pug dogs -Rosie and Mookie.
