ATTENTION PARENTS!!

Please remember the following things:

1. There is a DVD order form attached for Wednesday night’s program at the Players Theater.  Please return by Wednesday morning, May 28^th.  Please note that the Pre-K program is on both DVDs so you can choose the one you want. 
2. Please remember to order “Bye, Bye, Birdie” video by TODAY!
3. School’s CLOSED Monday, May 26^th, for Memorial Day.  See you Tuesday!
4. Tomorrow, Saturday the 24^th, the 8^th grade will have a carwash at the school from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM to raise money for graduation activities.

Tuesday, May 27^th

            1^st Grade Awards for parents – 8:30 AM (party follows from 10:00 AM to

                        2:00 PM)

            3^rd Grade Awards for parents – 9:45 AM (party following from 11:00 AM

                        to 2:00 PM)

            5^th Grade Awards for parents – 9:30 AM (party in afternoon)

            6^th, 7^th, and 8^th Grade rehearsal for graduation 10:15 AM – 11:00 AM

                        (parties 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM)

Wednesday, May 28^th

            2^nd Grade Awards for parents – 8:30 AM (party following from 9:30 AM

                        to 2:30 PM)

            4^th Grade Awards for parents – 9:30 AM (party following from 10:15 AM

                        to 1:00 PM)

            6^th and 7^th Grade Awards for parents – 10:00 AM

            6^th, 7^th, and 8^th Grade rehearsal for graduation 11:00 AM – Noon

            Nursery parties – 9:00 AM – Noon

Students may leave after activities are over each day.

 Thursday, May 29^th

            Recreation Day – students may attend

            8^th Grade Graduation – All Middle School students report at 5:30 PM to

                        the Knights of Columbus Hall just 1/8 mile east of Julie Rohr

                        Academy.

                                    All families of all middle school students are invited.

            Graduation – 6:00 PM  to 7:45 PM followed by pizza dinner and

                        graduation cake at JRA.  Again, all middle school students and

                        families are invited.

            Middle School Dance at JRA 8:00 PM to 11:00 PM

            8^th Grade Lock-in at Lido Beach Resort 11:00 PM – 11:00 AM  (Bring

                        bathing suit, sleeping bag, pillow, change of clothes, food money)

            School closed to prepare for summer camp

Monday, June 2^nd

            Summer camp begins
